CPU: i7 - 4790 k
GPU: GeForce GTX 980
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Screen mode: borderless windowed, with vsync off
installed on HD
occurs during: singleplayer first load, havent tried skirmish

also i noticed the FMV especially in red alert starts horribly slow, like 2 minutes for it to start
and the mission end screen on both red alert and cnc seems lagging too
