- Resolution you are playing at 3240 x 2160 (Native)
- Screen mode you are playing at Windowed, Full Screen Exclusive, Borderless Windowed (or a combination)-- Full Screen Exclusive
- What kind of Harddrive do you have the game installed on (HD, SSD)-- SSD (Only)
- When did the issue occur i.e. during MP, during campaign (specifics appreciated)-- I've only played skirmish and early soviet campaign. In Campaign it seems like less of an issue. Most frequently the biggest issue seems to be large battles. It *feels* like it may be AI related because it's started sometimes when I play 1 vs 3 right from the start.
Also looking at resource usage my Single Core performance will be maxed out one 1x core and GPU will be ~20% per Task manager (Not the best I know but It's what I have available.
