Invalid Email or password - C&C Generals and Zero Hour

New laptop.

 went to EA, logged in, got the EA App.

Downloaded the game.

Went to play the game.

Asks me to login

put in same email and password to download the game: 

"Invalid email or password"

I want to install and play, what are the next steps here, if the email and password are the same?
