iPhone Battery Drain

I’m getting severe battery drain on my IPhone XS when this game is playing. I never had a problem on my Android phone. On my android phone I would play for hours (2 to 4) before the battery drained almost to zero from a full charge. 

With the iphone, it only lasts about an hour before it’s almost at zero. If connected to a charger, the battery heats up hot while playing and barely charges. It’s as if the game is drawing almost as much charge as is going in. It The only way to beat the battery drain is with a quick charger. 

I do do not have other apps running in the background. 

I’ve seen this issue posted a few times already with no solutions. Can you please if possible  have your devs test an iPhone vs an android to see what I’m talking about?

    @EA_HighCommand It seems like the new update corrected the problem. I’m not getting the severe battery drain. I just played about an hour and today and only lost 20 percent compared to last night losing almost my whole battery.
