Is the Tanki Juggernaut a copyright issue?

Hello, I was playing Tanki the other day and noticed they had a new game mode called Juggernaut. The game is centered around a large tank that you and your team attempt to destroy. I don't know if anyone else notices or cares but the juggernaut tank is incredibly similar in design to the Command and Conquer Mammoth tank. It has two large gun barrels, two missile launchers on the sides of the turret, four separate tracks, and is incredibly large. It got me thinking, if this was a copyright issue would EA be able to take any legal action at all?

     The Mammoth tank is based on the never-built German Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte, which is based on the concept of putting a (typically multi-barrel) naval turret on a mobile frame. It's not like EA owns the concept of a double-barreled tank...

    Also, I looked up that Juggernaut from Tanki, and besides having two barrels it looks nothing like the Mammoth Tank.

    Okay, that makes sense. But say a game did use a design incredibly similar to the mammoth tank. could command and conquer do anything about it? -Thanks for the answer.
