Hey, EA_Mako, EA_Mai EA_David we understand this is not your personal fault and that you can only do so much. But we as a player community would really appreciate transparency on this matter. If you would simply confirm that this is a known issue on EA side and it is being looked at actively?
It is clearly a server-side issue as it is affecting more or less all players.
