Issues with Online

We have people from the RAR community giving all necessary information but still radio silence from EA… can you plese at least look at the problem and get back to all of us when you think its going to be fixed?? Couldn’t really be that hard as taking almost 4 weeeks now! And it’s getting worse. 70% of all games did crash or didnt start yesterday

Not trying to be negative here but this will not fix it. Its server side issue and not local. 

Can anyone help?  I brought the game, practiced a few hours offline to prepare myself for online play. I then try to play online and it does not work?

Some kind of connection issue....I can search for a game but when it try's to connect to game the screen just goes blank?

can anyone help? judging by the previous comments probably not.....its too late for a refund, did EA just pull my pants down and run? 

Its been broken for almost 1 month now and the almighty EA still hasnt found a fix. if you read the the recommendation from the EA employee, you’ll understand that they have absolutely no clue what’s going on. Verify the in game files? disable all in game overlays?  don't make me laugh. 

Furthermore, we gave them all the data they need, the errors, the EXACT moment where it broke and many more and they still arent able to fix the issues. I unfortunately don’t believe that any of them are even looking at it, let alone having any understanding of it.

hopefully you will find a solution for all the other players. Looks like still most of us are having the same issue besides the tip to deactivate all overlays. 

EA come on! You removed the online buttons now online games dont even connect. What is going on, it can not be this hard to test things before you release them.  I mean it is every game attempt, every time. How is this missed?

Get it fixed please.

This is still an open issue being looked into on our end so while these steps likely won't fix things for everyone, it could definitely be worth giving them a try for those that haven't already done so.

for some time now, online matches in Command & Conquer: Red Alert have hardly been playable. It is obviously a server-side issue on your end, as it is widely known that many gamers are currently experiencing this problem.

Please fix the issue so that we can continue to enjoy our community.

I have finally just got good at the game (top 20) and the servers are driving everyone insane!!!

​We stream regularly on Twitch, sharing the fun with our fantastic community. I also host 'Whoopy Spectaculars,' where we bring together the Red Alert Remastered community for a great old time. 

​Christmas will be ruined for thousands if this isn't fixed! I don't care about the presents under the tree, because all I want for Christmas is RAR working correctly.

Please make it happen and make a little ginger boy who plays on the floor very happy!
