I took contact with an EA support agent. Yesterday he told me there is a server bug . They are going to look at it

My name is Alexa, and I’ll be pretending to assist you today.
We completely understand how mildly inconvenient it must be that no one can play online at all. While this may appear to be a core feature of the game you paid for, rest assured that your frustration has been carefully acknowledged, gently nodded at, and then placed into a very large digital drawer.
Although none of the troubleshooting steps worked (as expected), don’t worry — we will absolutely be logging this as a “known issue” and forwarding it to a designated team whose sole responsibility is to never update you again. At this time, we have no timeframe, no roadmap, and no intention of fixing the Red Alert Remastered servers, but please take comfort in knowing we are aware of it.
Unfortunately, Jim has already taken everyone’s money and, having achieved his lifelong goal, no longer cares about supporting the game in any meaningful way. Jim wishes you well and hopes you’ll consider buying something else instead.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of a multiplayer game not having functional multiplayer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, even though it will change absolutely nothing.

Before we stop responding entirely, please ensure you have tried the following:
Unplug your router and throw it into a body of water.
Reinstall the game 14 times while chanting 'Construction Complete.'
Accept that 'Red Alert' is actually a metaphor for the state of our server infrastructure.

Q: Why can’t I connect?
A: This is a legacy feature designed to encourage you to spend more time staring at the beautiful, static main menu art.
Q: Will there be a patch?
A: We are currently prioritizing a patch for our own internal coffee machine. We will update you on the game once the espresso is flowing.
Q: I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
A: 'Waste' is such a harsh word. We prefer to think of it as a mandatory donation to Jim’s 'Early Retirement and Island Acquisition' fund.
If these steps do not work, it is likely because the problem is on our end, which is exactly why we won't be discussing it further.

U killed ea me, I had a funeral!!! I've had to go play a game where I am now the crackhead!!! Terrible behaviour EA!!!!!! Sort it out or we might lose magro next!!!!!!
Yawn. Here we are in the next year and the issue is still unresolved. This is beginning to feel like going to the DMV without an appointment.
The silence from EA representatives is deafening.
Online game servers haven't been right since mid November for the remasters. The match coordinator seems to be fine, but something happens after games are coordinated, and the server drops the ball resulting in a client bug >50% of the time on average. We really love the remasters, please help us get the game back to a playable status, as right now it is not for the vast majority. Playing a competetive online game is an extreme sport in patience right now, and sometimes an exercise in futility.
The server issue started about 2 months ago now. We have to keep closing the game and trying again to get an online game.
A new "clean" post has been created by request to help highlight the issue to EA.

Echoing others, this issue has affected multiplayer since Nov 2025. For example, last night my first quick match game loaded and played with no issue, however I was then unable to successfully load another game and had to close the whole Red Alert application and relaunch several times. After an hour I gave up and went to bed.
