Issues with Online

I have an issue with online connection.
For some reason quickmatch, join and host have now been blanked out.
This has just happened randomly .....

Yeah, its pointless buying it on Steam, dont care how cheap it is, cant get consistent games without it black screening.
Still no resolution on this issue yet. Had to buy the game on Steam to get onto multiplayer, but the servers on there are so intermittent you will be lucky if you can even get on multiplayer.

When launching the game from the EA App, the multiplayer buttons are grayed out.
When launching the game through Steam, we are unable to consistently launch multiplayer games; the success rate is close to zero. The issue has been happening for about a week now and is affecting every player.
For the past week, multiplayer has been broken.
What Actually Happens:
On the EA App: All multiplayer buttons are disabled, making it impossible to access any online features at all.
On Steam (one of the following occurs randomly):
* The game enters a black screen, forcing us to manually close the game via the Task Manager.
* The game returns to the main menu with an error message stating there is a problem with the EA
servers.
* The game gets stuck on the match loading screen for several minutes. On the rare occasion it loads, it may work, but this is not common.The success rate is incredibly low. As an example, our group was only able to play two short, 5-minute games over a two-hour period due to these persistent issues.
