Lag, when playing versus Chinese players.

I wonder, if anyone else experienced the same thing. if there is Chinese player on the forum, perhaps you can tell us of your experience as well. There seems to be few topics about lagging games, but they do not exactly mention this.

I want to disclose that I am from Bulgaria.
When I play vs Chinese players, the game lags to the point that It feels hard to do anything and I simply prefer to give up. It lags so much, that sometimes it even freezes for second. I do not see this happening from their perspective, since all their movements are good.
- I tested this multiple times- when I play against Chinese, I get lag. Strangely enough I do not get the same lag vs Koreans or other Asian countries. I am not sure if this problem reside with the servers or something else.
- I have tested this over a computer (with cable connection) and 4G connected phone. I am confident that it is not my connection problem.
- If other players get the same problem, perhaps a solution would be to let us choose servers/regions.
