Leveling scorpion tank

We've checked your account and your NOD Scorpion Tank is level 7 and all 3 bars are filled, so he is ready to be upgraded to level 8 (since you have enough cards to do so).

Did you level it up again after your report? Can you do a full restart of the game please to see if that fixes the issue for you? Thank you!

This is what I see even after restart and thats still after spending 4000 credits

I need to apologize, I misread the logs. The GDI Scorpion was still at 2 bars filled when we checked it.

Do you remember the exact time when it happened by any chance?

I made my initial post probably no more than 15 minutes after it happened 

Any progress on this issue? What about the credits I spent but didnt register?

We are still digging through our logs at the moment.

As for the credits you've spent, this would be up to our customer support, since we can't reimburse or grant anything from our side.
