Login problem

When will you fix the server connection problem? It will soon be week since I can't login into the game I request from you a refund, for all the stuff that I bought in game, becouse I have spent a ...

    @EA_Grasshopper No, forgot to write to you
    All I needed to do was, reinstall the game (what I did) and restart my phone, what I haven't done, and after restart, the game is working

Thanks @Karantula73!  can I ask, have you cleared the cache for the game? It may be worth trying a reinstall also after clearing the cache. If you have your account linked to email, Facebook or Google Play you will be safe to reinstall. I've found an error on your account and will raise it to the team but let me know if clearing cache and resintalling helps in any way. Thanks!
