Mouse not working on Command and Conquer

Talking about 3 & 4 ... haven't tried anything prior to those one this build.
"Command and Conquer" is a lot of games, so not specifying which one kind of defaults to the first, yes 😛
Anyway... I heard of this issue before. In the Windows control panel, find your mouse & cursor settings, and turn 'mouse trails' off. That should fix it.
