My game is running very slow Red alert 2

Hi team again i have another problem with this collection, as this is my second post for this collection. Seems that most of these games have got issue's and it looks like i might have wasted my money on this.

Now i try to run red alert 2 but my game runs so slow wether it be campaign or skirmish, like my pc has low specs but it doesnt, does anyone know how to fix this so i can run more smoothly, i got it on all the cporrect setting for graphics and its not like this game needs a hectic graphics card.

I am so regreting on buy products from ORIGIN now or for the future, i created an account to try out their games but to only find out there is issue's with running them, if its gonna have issue like this, i might as well just stay and buy all my games from STEAM.

Since i have not had not one issue with the games they got.
