My registration codes are not being accepted

I have the c n c : the first decade and the registration codes are not being accepted. I have had the game for several months and was so frustrated that I put the game away and never touched it again until now. I have never installed the game because it won't get me past the reg codes. WTF! I want to play the game or give me the ultimate collection for free. I bought it at Walmarts and thot that maybe it was just a promo for them since every time I try to get help, this game does not come up on choices. Help me out!
