I already did battle with this son of a b**** unit. Typical very little can counter it when you don't have the money to spend onion has to counter it.
What I'd like to know is how he got it and it's not available for purchase yet? More EA game favoritism going on?

Firstly: There is a 100 diamond offer in the store if you didn't notice - buy a rare crate and get a 10% chance to get 30 razorback cards. Got it on my second buy. I had diamonds saved up.
Secondly: Wtf do you mean "very little can counter it when you don't have the money"? Every unit is unlockable without paying, just send talons at it jeez... Don't send missile squads, they just melt...

I’d still rather use the Talon. The Talon serves 2 roles. Anti infantry and anti air. With the Talon, I can take down Orcas, Orca Bombers, Venoms, Banshees, Kodiaks, Drone Swarms, and every infantry Unit out there for 30 Tiberium.
Replacing the Talon with this will make me have to give up another slot to put the Hammerhead in it which is pretty useless for anything else.
We only have 6 slots. It’s best to try to make ever unit you use serve 2 roles.

It takes a talon forever to kill chem troops and it looses against lasers.
With more units you have more options to make a deck. This one unit can enable a new deck which was missing a key unit before.
Do you know what makes chembuggy so damn strong? It‘s damage combined with the raider ability. Talons have to stay still to attack, making them an easy target for bikes. And even if they attack, their damage isn‘t that great. Razorback can move around infantry while dodging enemy bikes. It‘s also a lot of fun to use!
Nobody is forcing you to use the new unit. You don‘t have to. Play how you want. I personally will use it x)

I use Talons in conjunction with other units to take down chem warriors. Everything is a compromise. If Micromanaged correctly, you can make due with less.
For example, Shockwaves are the natural counter to zonetroopers. But if you send a squad of rifleman at them along with the Talon, they are toast.
