no games launch on ea app

hi no games will launch on the ea app at all i have refreshed the cache also uninstalled the ea app reinstalled the ea app also repaired game files nothing works to say i'm unhappy is an understatement also tryed running the launcher as an administrator that doesn't work either eveything worked fine before ea updated cnc ultimate edition for steam and now for 6-7 weeks i can no longer play games the app loads but it says launching game infinate launching and games will not load help
