EA can wipe player data but they cant wipe exprience we got during pre alpha and if they wipe , exprienced players like us will climb back to our place in leaderboard in few days by beating new players , wiping data will unbalance game without anyway to balance it and discourage new players cause they will mostly lose against pre alpha players.
wiping data between pre alpha players can also unbalace game between them too , i can never beat a player who was here from day one while i just joined few days ago.
sometimes equality come from different way.
