Not get any xp points
A lot of time i don't get 1000xp points when loosing a game (in first 10 match). Still lost medal, and no fuel, not have any xp points, and not have 20 xp points when loosing too. Are there any news...

That is your player name, which doesn't help me. I would need your Persona ID (found in Settings -> About).
Also, I've noticed, the screenshot of you not getting credits and XP appears to be from an emulator....can you provide me with a screenshot from the device you are playing on, where it shows your final battle result (medals, credits, fuel, and XP), please? Thank you!

I play on emulator and Mi Max 3 phone. Both just get same result no xp when loosing.

I just checked your account and your current XP went up from 16.380 at 02:33 am PST to 17.930 at 02:47 am PST.
Just to be sure. You are not getting XP only when you are losing?
Yes just when i'm loosing, especially i has quick loose. Sometime i can get xp in loosing if the match almost longer than 2-3 minutes. Don't know why...
Please check 3 to 4 days ago till now. I had 10 win-streak recently so please don't check today matches.

I just experienced a similar XP issue.
Won the NOD 1900 rank. Opened Epic reward. it contained 10k XP and I got prompted with "promoted to lv.23"
But I am still at half way on level 22. Never happened to me before. - EA_HighCommand

I've checked out logs and I can see that you leveled up to level 23 on 2019-01-27 21:27 GMT. On Saturday (2019-01-26 18:53 GMT) you leveled up to 22 as far as I can see. That was shortly after you got promoted.
