Not get any xp points

A lot of time i don't get 1000xp points when loosing a game (in first 10 match). Still lost medal, and no fuel, not have any xp points, and not have 20 xp points when loosing too. Are there  any news rule? Or i don't know the rule clearly? 😕

When i win the match i get 1000xp + 50xp normally.

    I just experienced a similar XP issue.
    Won the NOD 1900 rank. Opened Epic reward. it contained 10k XP and I got prompted with "promoted to lv.23"
    But I am still at half way on level 22. Never happened to me before.

    Hi @xqmml ,

    I've checked out logs and I can see that you leveled up to level 23 on 2019-01-27 21:27 GMT. On Saturday (2019-01-26 18:53 GMT) you leveled up to 22 as far as I can see. That was shortly after you got promoted.
