Hello. I accidentally left the Antebellum alliance under the username andre1581. The leader of this alliance sent me an invitation to join. However, I can't seem to use this invitation. The reason might be that a link to create an alliance appeared. I don’t know what to do next to resolve this issue. I’m sending a link to the image and would appreciate a response.

As far as I know, you can return to the alliance no earlier than a week after leaving.
As already pointed out, you need to wait to be able to return to an alliance. 7 days is the normal time you are excluded from returning to an alliance. Also, when playing as a substitute you can't accept a substitute invitation, you must be logged in as that player directly.
All this assumes you're referring to Tiberium Alliances and not some other CnC game.
