Pogo games

Just got my renewel 4 Pogo, however I have been unable 2 play a game or get on 4 the past 3 days.  Have done evthing u said 2 do but still nothing.  Cant play a game on aol or ie. Y should I b paying 4 something that I cant use?  Can u help me?
