Aye, I've removed the "solved" mark now.
As for the hosting issue, we are aware of it and working on a fix.
Sorry for the delay in response.
It is now 12 days and there is no indication as to what the problem is or when the problem will be sorted out. I just want to say to EA that your attitude and service is totally unacceptable and that there are hundreds out there that feel the same way.
I just want to paint an analogy. If your car is broken down and you take it to an expert. At the end of a reasonable time period, which can range from a matter of hours to a few days, one would be informed as to what the nature of the problem is and what it would take to resolve the problem by way of time and resources.
In this particular case, 12 days down the line, we as loyal customers do not know what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Further the response has been so slow and vague. THE QUESTION THAT IS BEGGING IS , DOES E A REALLY CARE ??? Judging from what i have observed E A does not.

could we please get an update on to what is going on in C&C4 land it is a crying shame watching people old & new coming to the game only to face utter disappointment . I was online in C&C3 Tiberium wars yesterday & there was only like 12 people online and their service was working fine so what gives? What is with all the secrecy with this issue ?Why no updates to the community ? I think I can speak for us all in saying we are running out of patience this has taken way too long to resolve. !!!! signed a very annoyed ☹️ {acme}smid

one full day later since my last post not even a squeak out of EA. They just dont care.
