Problem with CC ultimate collection activation

I have i my library Command and Conquer with datadisk Yuri's revenge, then I buy a Command and Conquer Ultimate collection, i used the key, but I dont see any new games i my library library

As for your question in your report, its the latter.

The code has been redeemed on your account, we can see that in our system. The issue is indeed with an error with this particular code set apparently not populating properly in the library, something that we are still looking into further.

I ll keep you posted, thanks for your ongoing patience.
