Product Code not working
Hey there,
I just bought the command and conquer ultimate pack, and when I went to redeem my product code the page closed now it says the code has been used. And wont allow me to download the game

For key-related issues you should contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
Just curious, though::: where did you get/buy the code? Such codes are only usable once, so unless you buy it from an official retailer it is possible you've been scammed.
