I have the same problem. Have you tried running it on w7 in a virtual machine? This game ran fluidly on win7 pro for years w/no issues. Upgraded to w10 and here we are.

Improved with a caveat
Today there was a huge improvement in server stability for Quickmatch, however now custom lobbies with community (nonstandard) maps no longer function.

C&C gone :-(
C7C still down was playing about too destory someone the fun way and then bang disconnect and game now wont load the online play, this is 18.50pm london time on the 7/01/ 26
