Nice that you found a solution! Well I posted a link to the customer support on page two! And in many other topics (and the common problems topic.) And you say that I'm ignorant!? Look who it sais; asking the same thing SIX times! And also bertl2807 gave you the link and said that I was right. You have to click on something like ''talk with an game advisor.'' So, do you now it now for the next time?

EDIT: wow after alot of searchin i found it... well kinda 🙂 was forced to do a ping test and enter an error code that dont exist and do a speedtest too.. b4 it would accet my mail tho... but anyway thx man for ur patience, and sorry for my... bad attitude... i just HATE when things arent as simple as they shud be.
