Hello, can you advise what you did?

I am having the same problem, I keep getting error messages when saving the game.

Very frustrating, i have read online to change the save types but noticed this so could you advise what you did?

Had the same issue - turns out BitDefender antivirus was blocking the game every time it tried to save (as it was trying to make changes to a 'protected' folder). If you allow access within the antivirus for the game, it'll save fine
