What do you mean "keep cursor in the game window?" Where is this option? In C and C or in Origin, Windows 10 what?

I have the same issue as original poster. Just today game was playing fine on my primary monitor (which happens to be #2 according to Windows 10). The game crashed, a report was sent to EA, and ever since the Cand C game starts on my smaller left monitor. Strangely, Red Alert starts on the primary monitor.

Yer sorry mate, I now see it would have helped if I used the correct wording from he option (I wrote up a very quick reply truthfully).
- Start Origin
- Start the game
- Select either CnC or RA
- ALT + ENTER to force the fullscreen game into a window
- Enter Options / Accessibility from the game main menu
- Uncheck 'Constrain Mouse Cursor To Game Window' in the General tab
- Use your cursor to move the window to your desired monitor
- ALT + ENTER again to enter fullscreen (or play in a window - your preference)
