No then there is no way to go down.
Well, I just created another account under the same name. I'm currently in Bronze league now. I already know which units I will be playing so starting over is kind of fun. No money will be wasted on this account. I will try to reach Masters again this time free. Should be easy to do since I will not waste time and money upgrading units I will never use.
It's bored to use the same set of the units, especially when patch comes
