Hey @vandyfan898 thanks for reaching out! Apologies you haven't unlocked the M.L.R.S yet. When you reach level 18, you would have got the ability to unlock it in crates. Have you been receiving other epic unit cards from crates? Be sure to complete your bounties daily and use your convoys to get as much crates opened as possible!
