re-occurring issue with C&C 4 registration keys being in use when in fact they are not.

Hello,

I have visited numerous forums and posts involving the re-occurring issue with C&C 4 registration keys being in use when in fact they are not.  The solutions suggested have proven not helpful and it appears obvious to me that this issue needs to be addressed by a patch or some other means because the current process to have this fixed is unclear and ineffective.

I have tried downloading the de-authorization management tool which did not work.

I have followed many links and been run in circles arriving at posts I had read before.

I am appalled that some of the suggestions I have read involve re-purchasing the game.  (frankly, wtf did I pay you for the first time?)

Please cleanup these help forums, create a dedicated link for this known issue and explore solving it with a patch or something that makes it easy for paying customers to fix.  I'm sure it is someones job to make this sort of stuff happen and clearly they are not doing it.

How do I fix this problem I am having with the registration and please provide a solution that actually works.  If this cannot be provided I will mail my proof of purchase and demand a refund citing the user names of the people responsible for supplying this information that I have encountered.
