@Breezer2022 Apparently, Remaster topics now belong in "Other C&C games"... so I moved it.

There have been some more threads around here with issues like that. This is a largely volunteer-driven forum, though; a lot of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, it's probably best if you contact EA tech support. These people can actually look into the system and your account details to solve such things.
