Thanks a lot, but thats not the point... i bought it because i want it official... i know i can get a pirate... 

But this Origin stuff keeps getting on my nerve. I never had this problem on Steam...

@Lkzonee it's not pirate, EA released some of these classic C&C games as freeware a while ago, these community patches are built into these releases linked above.

You won't find anything official that will fix the issues you find on newer operating systems like Win10, 8, even 7.

More to why it hasn't appeared in your game library or downloaded it fully, I would approach Origin directly for support via email. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=command-and-conquer-the-ultimate-collection&platform=pc
