Discovered a patch from the CNCNZ.com website which fixed the issue of the missing DLL files (which apparently aren't really missing but appears to be a security/authentication or similar such matter) . Patch can be found in the forum thread at the following address:

Hopefully it will be the remedy for others with this issue as it was for me.
