Re: Tiberium Sun Freezes on start up with Windows 11. All other C&C games work.

I don't have a solution - but older games such ast Tib Sun and Red Alert had problems on Win10 that required a number of workarounds none of which I can recall.
Steam is one 'solution' you might try although I have no idea if it will work or not.
