    Hello folks,

Could you provide a DxDiag so we get an idea of what might be the problem here?

    Thanks 🙂

Your DxDiag shows that your system seems up-to-date when it comes to drivers etc.

Have you tried turning your antivirus/firewall off before starting the game, and launching the game as administrator?

I tried the usual stuff, i don´t really know what the problem may be. It worked without problems with the retail version.

The only thing that comes to my mind, is that there is a conflict between the old one that maybe didn´t uninstall correctly and the new.

But i don´t have the CD´s of the retail here and there is no user folder of red alert 3 or Tiberium Wars anywhere and he doesn´t create it when i reinstall the games

PS: I found that i´m not the only one, but they found no solution

    EDIT II:

I found out that it is because the installation is not on my SSD Main Drive C: but on D: . I don´t have the space to put C&C 3 and RA3 there. Any solution?

Why would different hard drives cause problems? But if it's truly the root of the problem I don't know of any solution barring making room on your C drive.

the only thing i can imagine is that the DRM may cause problems. The problem is that C: is a SSD drive and with windows and the standard programs there is not much space on it

Is Origin installed on your SSD drive as well, or on the drive on which you have installed Red Alert 3?

I wrote to the customer support 70 hours ago ... and i by myself  have no other explanation than the DRM or a reg error.

But my computer knowledge is not that high to know how to solve that problem

Try making room on your SSD and temporarily installing the game there. I seriously doubt the hard drive is your issue, lets confirm it.

Yea but that can´t be a solution and it´s kind of annoying that EA just won´t answer

I agree. So why do the games work on Steam but not on Origin?
