There really should be an option to invite somebody to a clan.
At the very least an in game private message system so you can send your alliance ID to them.
That button should appear right after the match ends
I know recruiting people into your alliance is a huge problem with no real answer as of yet but let's just stay on EA about making this a functional part of the next update.
In the mean time I would like to invite all of you to join my alliance:
