Red Alert 2 Not Loading

Ok, so I spent 3 hours in EA Live chat just to be given lame exqueses that I'm not giving enough information even though I provided everything asked. (Case: #16935473)

There are several posts on here stating that Red Alert 2 doesn't load and Im having the same issues. I've tried everything mentioned with no luck.

*What Happens*
Click Red Alert 2 in the Origin menu.

Popup appears asking if I want to run the original Red Alert 2.

When I click either of these:

The process shows in Task Manager

After 5-10 seconds the game process and the popup crash.

The game never shows on the task bar.

*My System*

Windows 7 Professional - 64 Bit (SP1)

Intel Core i3 550

nVidia GeForce 660 GT

8Gb DDR3 Ram

*What I've Tried*
Rebooting my PC

Reinstalling the game

Repairing the game

Running the game as administrator

Disabling "Origin In-Game"

Running the game directly from the C:

Running the game in Windows XP Compatibility

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
