Red Alert 2 not working on EA app

I’ve gotten rid or Origins and installed the EA App and downloaded Red Alert 2 through the EA App but when I got to launch the game it ask for permission which I grant and then it tells me it failed ...

Is this going to be fixed? I cannot play the game, love how I rebought it as a collection and cannot access the games.
