Red Alert 2 not working on EA app

Hi..
I purchased Command and conquer ultimate edition and I installed red alert 2 on my laptop when I run it it didn't work..
I can hear the music, and see the mouse cursor but the screen is black
so what to do ??

Using EA app. After the last update you guys had, its all broken. (last update i mean was many months ago, then i quitted cause of that). Loading screen and stuff are all good, but when i choose my game, its all only on the little section of the left side of my screen (taking about 1/4 of my screen space) and its all completely black and purple..no other colors.
As others have stated, when I launch the RA2 YR from the EA launcher, I get the initial launch menu. Once selecting either game, my screen is black, audio is playing in the background, but I cannot do anything or see anything.
Hi, I have this problem too.
All games work for me except RED ALERT 2.
I can hear the sound but there is a black screen.
I log in through the EA app on my computer.
can you help me?- @uriab23 @OneLargeFarva This is a known issue. The CnCNet client for RA2/YR contains the fixes for that stuff.

Even if you're not interested in online play, simply installing the client should fix it, even if you then launch the game normally without using the CnCNet client.
