Red Alert 2 not working on EA app

I’ve gotten rid or Origins and installed the EA App and downloaded Red Alert 2 through the EA App but when I got to launch the game it ask for permission which I grant and then it tells me it failed ...

Give it a go. I am getting mine back if they like it or not. I have what I need to dispute it with my bank as I have tried to resolve it with EA and they won’t even honour UK law.
