red alert 2 slow

I have that same problem in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge,  game loads fine, goes through the menus fine but once the game starts (skirmish) it jumps and is virtually unplayable.  I run windows 10 in 64 bit , 4gb ram, intel i5,  with a Geforce gt 330m graphics card.  Thanks

- The game does not go beyond the initial screen, and then crashes
The problem can result from an incorrect installation procedure, remained incomplete for some reason, or the lack of some indispensable requirement (for example, little free space on the installation or system) for its operation. In this case, you should verify that your computer meets all the minimum requirements of the game and try a clean install after removing all. If you are using custom maps or mods downloaded from the Internet, do it to remove them too.
