Red Alert 3 - Windows 7 64 bit - Sound but No Video

This seems more like a drivers issue to me. Did you try updating your motherboard / sound card drivers?

Updated BIOS for motherboard, tried different compatibility modes including troubleshoot compatibility and still the same issues as before. Get sound through fine, no video though.
