Red alert 3 cannot connect to backend server

I got some problem with Red alert 3 multiplayer connection when I try to play online its said I have to register I do so following all instruction after that I try to login and its said "couldnt connect to backend server" first time I think its wrong password or caplock but after 4 retries I'm pretty sure it doesn't can anyone help? my computer meet minimum system requirement

and I'm playing from steam

    Eh, minimum requirements are completely unrelated to connecting with stuff...

    Generals, Zero Hour, C&C3, Kane's Wrath and Red Alert 3 all used the Gamespy system for their online play, but the whole system has been shut down in July 2014.

    However, community servers have already been set up, so it should be possible to play online that way. More information on that can be found at http://cnc-online.net/.

    Specific setup and installation info can be found on the "setup page" on their site.
