Red Alert 3: Can't play online
Red Alert 3 online, when I try to log in I get an error message: 'Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found' How do I fix this?

Since last Sunday have been receiving a similar message when trying to connect online. "Disconnect notification: The specified account or subaccount wasn't found"
Prior to this connection had been fine. Even created a new account tonight - Registered without trouble while in Red Alert - then when attempting to connect online the same message came up.
Internet connection seems fine and haven't had any interuptions in service.
Any reg keys or game files that might have become corrupt....?!
Same Problem here. cant login, with different EA Accounts :-(
I've been having the same problem for over a week but I just logged in by changing my Online ID to random characters. I put "xkjlkdjklqwert" you have to use your real email address and password to login.

What happens if you try either numbers only or just lower-case letters?
