For those of you still affected, I would appreciate the following:
- Date, time (with timezone) when you first experienced this:
- Origin ID:
- Your region:
- Your ISP:
- Any additional information that may help with the investigation (details, repro steps, screenshots, etc.):

- Date, time (with timezone) when you first experienced this: I havent been unable to connect since i bought this game. Just check today, still got "cannot connect to red alert 3 online". My timezone is gmt +8. I have 2 copies of this game. both have the same issue.

- Your region: South east asia, Malaysia
- Your ISP: Telekom Malaysia
- Any additional information that may help with the investigation (details, repro steps, screenshots, etc.): i have disable all firewall, use direct connection to internet etc to rule out networking issue on my side.
I bought 2 copies of this game solely to play campaign coop. till today, i believe my investment goes to waste.
