Red Alert 3: Can't play online

Red Alert 3 online, when I try to log in I get an error message: 'Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found' How do I fix this?

For those of you still affected, I would appreciate the following:

  1. Date, time (with timezone) when you first experienced this:
  2. Origin ID:
  3. Your region:
  4. Your ISP:
  5. Any additional information that may help with the investigation (details, repro steps, screenshots, etc.):

  1. Date, time (with timezone) when you first experienced this: I havent been unable to connect since i bought this game. Just check today, still got "cannot connect to red alert 3 online". My timezone is gmt +8. I have 2 copies of this game. both have the same issue.
  2. Origin ID: [edit: email address removed] and [edit: email address removed]
  3. Your region: South east asia, Malaysia
  4. Your ISP: Telekom Malaysia
  5. Any additional information that may help with the investigation (details, repro steps, screenshots, etc.): i have disable all firewall, use direct connection to internet etc to rule out networking issue on my side.

I bought 2 copies of this game solely to play campaign coop. till today, i believe my investment goes to waste.
