Red Alert 3: Can't play online
Red Alert 3 online, when I try to log in I get an error message: 'Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found' How do I fix this?

I just purchased the game and I am having the same login issue. "Couldn't connect to Red Alert 3 online"
The random numbers ID workaround fails to solve the problem.
Strangely, when I used 12345 as the ID, I received a message that the ID was already in use.
