Red Alert 3 online, when I try to log in I get an error message: 'Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found' How do I fix this?

i bought RA3 in steam sales.
and i got this Couldnt connect to Red Alert 3 online
I redeemed code at origin, email verify.
port open. fire wall close. antivirus disable.

(i hope is same as origin ID)Game ID:xApplexJuicex
just changed origin ID into 94091210. still not working
