Red Alert, online game, suddenly stop tanks from going out from factories.

Summarize your bug Red Alert Remastered, on an online game, suddenly the tanks stopped from going out from factories, also if it stated they were "Ready".
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Red alert, online game, it was the "Glitter" map, 6 players, no teams and i played Germany.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot build anymore tanks.
What do you expect to see? Tanks doesn't come out from any factory, with the "Ready" label on the building sidebar.

I was playing online, on Red Alert 2 Remasterd, the "Glitter" map (the one full of minerals), with 6 players, no teams and Germany faction selected.

Suddenly it stopped to make tanks going out from the factories, stating that they were "Ready". I tryied to clear the vehicles queue and to restart the building, but the bug persists so i ad to quit the game.

I don't know why it happened. The scenario was:

- I was attacking another player with massive tanks.

- I had many bases, with many factories, construction yards and helipads.

- Other players where moving or attacking with their forces.

- Some nukes where launched.

- GPS was active.

- I don't know about spies, as i remember all the other players where soviets.
